You also may not reverse engineer, decrypt or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site. If you download any Content from the Site, you cannot remove or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright and trademark) that is contained in any such Content. Use of this Site does not grant you a licence to any content, features or materials that you may access on this Site. This shall be so even if Wavemaker has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses being incurred.

The laws of Singapore govern these Terms of Use, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore. 

The designation of a person as “partner” in respect of Wavemaker on the Site, generally means that such person is a senior employee, consultant or such other person with equivalent standing in Wavemaker. Unless otherwise specifically stated by us, a person who is designated as a “partner” of Wavemaker is not a shareowner, director, limited or general partner and/or such other person with equivalent standing in any Wavemaker entity. A person who is designated as a “partner” of Wavemaker also does not have the authority to (i) enter into any contract or create any obligations on behalf of any Wavemaker entity; (ii) exercise, enforce or waive on behalf of any Wavemaker entity any rights that such entity has (whether in whole or in part); (iii) or amend, terminate, supplement, or change whether in whole or in part (or agree to such matters) on behalf of any Wavemaker entity any contract, deed or document by which such entity is bound.

You agree that we may freely use any suggestions, ideas, or feedback concerning the Site or the Content that you submit to us (collectively, “User Feedback”). You acknowledge and agree that your User Feedback provided is voluntary and is not confidential or proprietary to you. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, translate, display and create derivative works of User Feedback, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable laws. You waive any right to compensation of any type for your User Feedback.

For pages in the site which require an Account

If you create an account on the Site (an “Account”), you will keep secure and confidential your Account password or any identification credentials that you need to use for access to the Account. You will immediately notify us if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access, use, disclosure, loss or theft of your Account. You may not create an Account on behalf of another individual and may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity in connection with the Account creation or your use of the Site. We are not responsible for any liability, damages, or loss arising in any way from the use of your account. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete while creating an account, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your Account. We may disable any username, password, or other identifier at any time, in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
